The AB project database can still be used for projects registered before 12/3/18, and all projects registered after will be stored in the new TABS system . ACCESSIBILITY UNLIMITED was formed in 1991 to meet the accessibility needs of businesses, property owners and managers, and the design and construction community by providing services and expertise related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Article 9102, Texas Civil Statutes, administered by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. ACCESSIBILITY UNLIMITED is a recognized leader in the field of accessibility. Over the past 27 years, ACCESSIBILITY UNLIMITED has surveyed hundreds of commercial buildings for compliance with the ADA Accessibility Guidelines, has reviewed thousands of plans for compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS), and has provided consulting services to a wide range of public and private business and property owners. Peter Grojean is a frequent speaker/presenter on both the ADA and TAS and is a Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS) with the State of Texas. Mr. Grojean reviews plans and inspects private and public projects for compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). Additionally, Mr. Grojean has been awarded the ADA Specialist designation by the Accessibility Professionals Association (APA). Jessica Hamm, who has been with Accessibility Unlimited since 2004, received her own RAS license in 2017, and assists Mr. Grojean in plan reviews and inspections.
